Dr. Alvin A. Davis
Director of Bands
Dr. Alvin A. Davis has received numerous accolades including three U.S. Congressional Records and Certificates of Exemplary Service and Dedication, numerous U.S. and Florida Senate recognitions for exemplary educational leadership, and notable achievements including being honored by President Obama as a finalist for the 2012 National Teacher of the Year. He is widely known for his professionalism, and his music programs have had national recognition, performing for the NFL Pro Bowl, NFL Junior Global championship, the Miami Dolphins, two Broadway musicals, and participated in the second largest Thanksgiving parade in the country in Chicago, Il. He has been a guest clinician, lecturer, and panel guest at the University of Florida, University of Central Florida, University of South Florida, University of Miami, The Medical University of South Carolina, and Florida A&M University to name a few.

Dr. Ku'Ronde Washington
Assistant Director of Bands & High Brass Specialist
Dr. Kuronde Washington, the Associate Director of Bands / Director of Trumpets & French Horns is a Native of Daytona Beach, Florida and a graduate of Bethune Cookman University (B.S. Music Education) and Liberty University (D.M.E. 2025, M.M.E. Music Education, Fall 2021). Mr. Washington has served as Director of the Superior Rated Band at William M. Raines since 2009 and is the longest serving director at Raines HS. He has over 15 years of experience as a music educator.

Kenneth Solomon
Assistant Director of Bands & Lower Brass Specialist
Mr. Kenneth Solomon, Assistant Director of Bands & Director of Lower Brass, is a Native of Jacksonville, Florida and a graduate of Florida A&M University (B.S. Music Education). Mr. Solomon is the current Director of Bands at First Coast High School. He has served as Director of Bands at William M. Raines High School and Jean Ribault Middle School. He has over 19 years of experience as a music educator. This will be his third season working with the Triple Threat Band, as he worked with the program prior in 2012 and 2013. Mr. Solomon is also a member of Phi Mu Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

Ku'Ronde Washington, M.Ed.
Assistant Director of Bands & High Brass Specialist

Devin Adams
Percussion Instructor
Mr. Devin Adams, Director of Percussion, is a Native of Florida and a graduate of Edward Waters University (B.A Music Education). He has over 5 years of experience teaching and working with various percussion ensembles

Tiffani M.S. Davis
Auxiliary Coordinator
A dance coach for over two decades, Mrs. Tiffani Davis is the current coach for the Edward Waters University Purple Passion Dancers, Purple Thunder Dancers, as well as the Auxiliary Coordinator to include the Tiger Doll Flags. Mrs. Davis has been the coach for the Florida A&M University Pom Team (Venom Dancers) and the Artistic Director for the FAMU Mahogany Dance Theatre. She has also served as the dance coach for Rickards High School Golden Dolls Dance Team (Tallahassee, FL) and the Sophisticated Sapphires of Miramar High School (Miramar, Fl). A former collegiate and semi-pro dancer herself, Coach Davis has a strong technical background in ballet, jazz, and tap, and is a former student of the world renowned Radenko Pavlovich of the Royal Ballet School in London, England. Her students have earned hundreds of awards and recognitions and she has been the coach of three U.S. National Championship teams.

Rock Hudson
Flag Coach
The longest serving staff member, Coach Rock has been on staff since the inception of the Triple Threat in 2001. He is also the flag coach at Ed White High School in Jacksonville, FL

Christopher Leonard
Drum Major Instructor
A graduate of Bethune-Cookman University, Mr. Leonard was a member of The Pride as well as the "Horsemen" (the Drum Majors at BCU). He has been on staff since 2014.
